Macedonian President to Present Faculty of Music Arts with Order of Merit

President Gjorge Ivanov will present an Order of Merit for Macedonia to the Skopje­-based Faculty of Music Arts on Tuesday.

"The faculty is decorated on its 50th anniversary for its outstanding achievements in education, arts and science, contributing to the enrichment and promotion of Macedonian music culture and the country's affirmation abroad", said the President's Office.

Regarding its 50th anniversary, the faculty's Symphonic Orchestra will hold a concert in the Macedonian Opera and Ballet on Tuesday, including current and former students as soloists.

The Faculty of Music Arts within University Ss. Cyril and Methodius has five departments, 28 study program in the first cycle and three study program in the second cycle of studies.
