MACEDONIAN FILM FESTIVAL IN SYDNEY
After a break of several years in Sydney is again organized Macedonian Film Festival.
The festival is organized under the auspices of the Australian Macedonian Cultural Association in Sydney, on Saturday, October 24. The festival will be held at the Civic Theatre, McMahon Street, Hurstville.
The festival is part of the program of the traditional Discovery Festival organized every year in this city municipality.
Organizers of the festival, director Bebi Zekirovski and artistic director Omer Zekirovski, said that special guest from Macedonia will be director Antonio Mitrikeski who will organize a lecture-workshop regarding directing, producing, writing scenario and filmmakers.
The lecture will begin at 11 am in the morning. The official artistic program of the festival will begin in the evening at 7 pm with the presentation of short films, followed by a premiere of the feature film "Children of the Sun" directed by Antonio Mitrikeski.
