Stefanovski's "Odyssey" wins best play award at Purgatorije

The play "Odyssey", written by Goran Stefanovski and directed by Aleksandar Popovski, was named best play at the Purgatorije Festival of Mediterranean Theatre, held in Tivat.

"Odyssey" was co-produced by theaters in Zagreb, Novi Sad, Maribor, Belgrade and Skopje. The score was composed by the Macedonian band Foltin.

The award for best state actor went to Ozren Grabaric for his portrayal of Odyssey and to Elizabeta Kukic for her starring role in the play "The Cabinet Minister's Wife".
