Barbara Frittoli and Leo Nucci to Perform at Ohrid Summer Festival

Two of the most renowned opera singers, Italian soprano Barbara Frittoli and baritone Leo Nucci, are to perform at the opening of the Ohrid Summer Festival on July 12, Dnevnik daily reports.

Nucci and Frittoli are to perform arias and duets of "Don Carlo", "Simon Boccanegra", "Masked Ball", "Traviata", "Power of Destiny", accompanied by the Macedonian Philharmonic Orchestra, under the baton of Luis Gorelik from Argentina.

Although it is their first time to perform in Macedonia, Leo Nucci has performed with the Macedonian opera singer, Ana Durlovski, in Cape Town, South Africa.
