Legendary folk singer Vojo Stojanovski dies at 65

Last night Macedonian folk singer Vojo Stojanovski passed away due to illness. He was 65.

Vojo will be remembered as one of the great Macedonian folk singers. He leaves behind countless concerts both in Macedonia and abroad. He was born in 1949, in the village of Bukojcani, Kicevo.

Although his songs are too many to list, the most popular that can be heard frequently during celebrations are "Ti Donesov Mlada Nevesta", "Edna Misla Imame", and the classic "Svadba Golema".
